Why do I need to create an account ?

Creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout, access exclusive offers and discounts, and be part of our rewards program.

Why my order is splitted to different shippings?

Sometimes your order may arrive in separate packages. This is because products may are shipped from different platforms and suppliers, located in Europe or outside Europe. Splitting your order ensures faster delivery and allows us to send each item directly from its source to you.

Why my purchased product is not accessible or its image is not visible in my orders ?

Some items are removed from our store once they are sold out and no restock is expected. This may result in your product page no longer being accessible or the image appearing blank.

No worries, your order is still on its way, and you can be happy knowing you’ve secured one of the very last pieces from that product stock.

Why can’t I use my discount code?

Some discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or automatic discounts. If another discount is already applied to your order, the system may block additional codes.

Another reason is for some discounts you should reach the minimum order amount.


Product-specific discounts cannot be combined with some general order discounts.

Shipping

How can I track my shipping?

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.


You can also check your order details and status through your personal account.

Where do we ship ?

Today, we primarily deliver to Europe, the UK, the USA, Australia, and Canada, but we strive to offer delivery to all other destinations as well

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination:

  • Europe : 1–8 business days
  • International: 2 - 12 business days

Delivery times are just an estimate, your items may arrive earlier or take a little longer depending on the supplier’s location, your location and shipping method.

Occasional delays may occur due to customs or high seasonal volume. Tracking information is provided with every order.

Return and Refunds

How do I request a return?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Why am I charged for the return shipping ?

Unfortunately, return shipping is at the customer’s expense, as stated in our return policy.

We are making every effort to reduce this cost and to offer free returns as soon as possible for our valued customers.

I exceeded the return period, can I still request a return?

Our standard return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, returns are generally not accepted.

However, we encourage you to contact our customer service team, as we review requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to assist you.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. We strive to deliver products ready to use, but unfortunately, issues during transport can occur.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
